This scenario begs us to reconsider what we perceive the uses and benefits of technology to be. Early in this course we were asked to consider if our approach to educational technology in the Western society would be appropriate for the rest of the world. This image highlights how we must be open to connecting to learners as well as innovators around the world so that we may better understand how the rest of the world functions.
